/KASE, April 23, 2021/ – Fund of Problem Loans (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 19, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: B. Sholpankulov – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: Y. Karashukeyev – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of the Fund Problem Loans JSC consists of five persons: Y. Karashukeyev, B. Tashenev, Y. Yelshibayev, S. Kenesarin, Y. Turganaliev.
