According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 1,300,000 pieces;
• 1,120,269 common shares of the company are issued;
• the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total issued shares of the company is KS HOLDING GROUP S.A.R.L.
