/KASE, March 26, 2021/ – Agrarian Credit Corporation (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about changes from March 18, 2021 in the composition of its shareholders holding ten or more percent of the company's shares:

• KazAgro National Management Holding JSC withdrew from the composition of shareholders holding ten or more percent of the company's shares;
• National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC became a shareholder owning ten or more percent of the company's shares.
