/KASE, February 2, 2021/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated January 27, 2021, M. Muratov was elected a member of the bank's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the said change, the Board of Directors of AsiaCredit Bank consists of three persons: D. Arinov, O. Shadiev, M. Muratov.
