/KASE, January 27, 2021/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of removal of M. Kabashev – member of the Board of Directors, independent director, from the composition of the Board of Directors, following his own initiative.

Taking into account the said change, the Board of Directors of AsiaCredit Bank consists of two persons: D. Arinov, O. Shadiev.
