/KASE, August 21, 2020/ – Tengri Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the decision of the Board of Directors of August 10th, 17th and 20th, 2020, to make changes to the makeup of the Management Board of the bank:

• Pawan Singh, Chairman of the Management Board, Gatreddi Babuji, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, have been removed;
• A.P. Katkov, Acting Chairman of the Management Board, R.S. Kosanov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, have been elected.

Given these changes, currently, Tengri Bank’s Management Board comprises two people: A.P. Katkov and R.S. Kosanov.
