/KASE, August 4, 2020/ – Tengri Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 29, 2020, E. Shaikenov was elected the Chairman of the bank's Board of Directors.

Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Tengri Bank JSC consists of five persons: Sandjai Varshneya, Arun Shrivastava, E. Shaikenov, Igor Goverdovskiy, E. Seipulnik.
