/KASE, July 3, 2020/ – Kazkommerts Securities (subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank) (Almaty), a member of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided a copy of the certificate of state re-registration of a legal entity to KASE, according to which Kazkommerts Securities (subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank) was re-registered to Halyk Global Markets Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan).
