/KASE, October 1, 2019/ – Al Saqr Finance (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated September 27, 2019 the following changes were made to the Management Board:

• removed: D. Uspanov – Chairman of the Management Board, G. Beikutova – member of the Management Board, managing director of financial issues;
• appointed: N. Tokmambetov – member of the Management Board, managing director of financial issues.

Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Al Saqr Finance consists of two persons: N. Tokmambetov, R. Menseitov.
