/KASE, April 22, 2019/ – Kaspi.kz (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the decision of the Annual General meeting of its shareholders dated April 8, 2019 the following people were elected to the Board of Directors:

• Nikolay Zinoviyev, a member of the Board of Directors;
• Duglas (Dug) Gardner, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director;
• Shimon Gutkovski, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director.

Given these changes, currently, Board of Directors of Kaspi.kz comprises six people:

• Vyacheslav Kim, chairman of Board of Directors;
• Mikhail Lomtadze, a member of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of Management Board of Kaspi.kz;
• Nikolay Zinoviyev, a member of the Board of Directors, a representative of the major shareholder;
• Duglas (Dug) Gardner, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director;
• Shimon Gutkovski, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director;
• Alina Pravzdik, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director.
