/KASE, July 16, 2018/– Following the July 16, 2017 decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of Directors, ASYL-INVEST (Almaty) was excluded from KASE members by categories "stock" and "derivatives".

This means that ASYL-INVEST is no longer a member of KASE and does not have the right to trade at KASE with any instruments.

This decision was made in accordance with subparagraph 1)paragraph 1 of Article 12 of the KASE internal document "Membership Regulations" on the basis of the official letter of Freedom Finance, which is the legal successor to the obligations of ASYL-INVEST, on the voluntary termination of ASYL- INVEST due to its voluntary reorganization by merging with Freedom Finance.
