/KASE, April 19, 2018/ – By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board, ASYL-INVEST (Almaty), is released from duties of the market-maker on KASE for the following bonds of KazAgroFinance (Astana) as of April 24, 2018:

• KZP03Y09C287 (KZ2C00002749, KASE main market, category "bonds", KAFIb3);
• KZ2C0Y09E968 (KZ2C00003267, KASE main market, category "bonds", KAFIb4);
• KZ2C0Y07E970 (KZ2C00003275, KASE main market, category "bonds", KAFIb5).

This decision was taken in accordance with Article 3 of KASE internal document "Regulations on Market-Makers" due to the market-maker's voluntary waiver of that status.
