/KASE, December 29, 14/ – Zhairem Ore Dressing Plant JSC (Karagandy region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the following:

Following the minutes of December 3, 2014 of Management Board of ENRC N.V., the sole shareholder of Zhairem ODP, a decision was taken to sell 6,588,624 ordinary and 3,602 preferred shares of Zhairem ODP, which makes up 99.91% of all shares".

A transaction involving selling of 6,588,624 ordinary shares and 3,602 preferred shares of Zhairem ODP, which makes up 99.91% took place on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange on December 11, 2014.
