/KASE, April 25, 06/ - Registration System of Securities JSC (Almaty) registrar of Ust-Kamenogorsk titanium-magnesium combine JSC (UKTMC JSC, Ust-Kamenogorsk), has presented to KASE the extract from securities holders register complied as of April 1 of 2006.

The extract has been presented in compliance with UKTMC JSC's letter registered by Registration System of Securities JSC on April 21 of 2006 under # 1-091772 number.

"According to the requirements of Listing rules art. 25 p. 3 we ask to present information about owners of UKTMC JSC's securities, on the basis of the extract from shareholders register ordered by us, who hold 10% and more from the paid authorized capital as of April 1, 06" - the letter says.

According to the extract, by the mentioned date total number of announced KZ1C05500018 common shares of UKTMC JSC was 1,942,380, KZ1P05500114 preferred - 107,910, the company had 3 holders of common and 2,954 holders of preferred shares.

As of April 1, 2006 following entities owned 10% and more from total number of company's offered shares:
