The extract has been presented in compliance with UKTMC JSC's letter registered by Registration System of Securities JSC on April 21 of 2006 under # 1-091772 number. "According to the requirements of Listing rules art. 25 p. 3 we ask to present information about owners of UKTMC JSC's securities, on the basis of the extract from shareholders register ordered by us, who hold 10% and more from the paid authorized capital as of April 1, 06" - the letter says.
