/KASE, April 21, 06/ - Exploration Production KazMunayGas (Astana, the Company), whose shares have been included in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category has informed KASE that on May 10 of 2006 at 10:00 it will hold prescheduled general shareholders meeting by the following agenda: - approval of decisions on making big deals by the Company; - approval of decisions on making deals, which the Company is interested in; - increasing of the Company's liabilities by the amount, exceeding 25% from equity capital. Place of meeting holding: 20/1, Kabanbay Batyr ave., Astana. Shareholders registration starts at 09:00. List of shareholders, who have the right to take part in the meeting, will be complied as of April 26 of 2006. If the quorum is absent the next meeting will be held May 11 of 2006 at the same time and address.
