The only shareholder of Eurasian bank JSC (Kazakhstan) approved the new edition of bank's charter

/KASE, April 14, 06/ - Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), whose bonds are circulated in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE the copy of decision made by its only shareholder (Eurasian financial manufacturing company JSC, Almaty) as of April 14 of 2006.
