/KASE, April 13, 06/ - Valut-Transit-Bank JSC (Karaganda), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, provided KASE with information about its announced and offered shares, and also holders of five and more percents of the bank's shares as of April 1, 2006.

According to Valut-Transit-Bank JSC as of the above date number of its announced KZ1C33290012 common shares was 82,875,000, KZ1P33290118 preferred - 27,625,000, out of them 33,625,000 common and 10,530,368 preferred shares were offered.

As of April 1, 2006 the bank's 13,993,790 common and 10,527,435 preferred offered shares (55.53% from total number of floated shares) was in nominal holding of Central securities depositary JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - Depositary).
