Coupon rate on KZPC2Y12B547 (KZIKb12) issue bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Kazakhstan) for the 3rd coupon period - 7.50% APR

/KASE, April 10, 06/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter that coupon rate on its KZPC2Y12B547 issue mortgage bonds (KASE's official "A" listing category, KZIKb12; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; April 10, 05 - April 10, 17, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation rate), for the third coupon period (April 10, 06 - October 9, 06) has been set at 7.50% APR, i.e. at the rate of its upper limit provided by bonds issue specification. In compliance with bonds issue specification the rate can not be higher than 7.50% APR. In the second coupon period, which ended on April 9 of 2006, the rate of KZIKb12 was also 7.50% APR.
