/KASE, April 3, 06/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated March 31 of 2006 KZ2CKY07B915 issue
subordinate bonds of Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty) (KZT100, KZT10.0
bn.; 7 yeas, semi-annual coupon, 8.00% APR for the first circulation year,
from the second year - floating, depending on inflation rate, 30/360) have
been included in KASE's official "A" listing category under EUBNb3 symbol.
Date, on which the mentioned decision will take effect, will be announced
later after the issuer pays the listing fee for these securities.
Information about opening of trades in the bonds on KASE will also be
given later.
