FSA approved report about results of KZ2CKY05A911 (EUBNb1) issue shares offering of Eurasian bank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, March 17, 06/ - Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has provided KASE with a copy of notification of Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) dated March 10, 2006. According to submitted document FSA approved report about results of floatation of Eurasian bank JSC KZ2CKY05A911 issue bonds (EUBNb1, KZT1, KZT1.5 bn.; November 25, 03 - November 25, 08, semiannual coupon with floating rate, 6.50% APR for the current period, 30/360). This issue of bonds is registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 24, 2003 and is included in State register of securities under A91 number.
