/KASE, February 22, 06/ - Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - Bank), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE information about holders of five and more percents from total number of the Bank's floated shares as of January 1, 2006. Maintenance of the bank's shareholders register executes Kompaniya Registrator JSC (Almaty). According to the extract as of the above date total number of the Bank's announced shares (only common KZ1C31550011) was 109,998 copies. Out of them 62,763 securities are floated. According to the registrar as of January 1, 2006 the Bank's sole shareholder is Eurasian financial-industrial company JSC (Almaty, Kazakhstan), owing 100% of the Bank's floated shares. [2006-02-22]
