Changes in the Board of directors of NGSK KazStroyService JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, February 17, 06/ - NGSK KazStroyService JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - Company), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, provided KASE with copy of decision of its sole shareholder dated January 27, 2006. According to the above document the Company's sole shareholder - company Oilekc Investments LTD (British Virgin Islands) decided to stop authorities of elected members of the Company's Board of directors before time and to elect Board of directors with term for five years, without payment of interest with the following members: - Ruslan Zaindi Tsarni - representative of interests of the sole shareholder, Chairman of the Board of directors; - Pankadj Jain - the Company's General director; - Zhitendra Nat Gupta - independent director.
