/KASE, February 14, 06/ - As it was informed before, by the decision
of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated February 10, 2006
KZ2CKY05B885 issue bonds of NGSK KazStroyService JSC (Almaty)
(KASSb1; KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn.; February 14, 06 - February 14, 11,
semiannual coupon 9.0% APR, 30/360) have been included in KASE's
official "A" listing category.
This decision took effect since February 14, 2006 because the issuer paid
to KASE the listing fee for these securities.
Trades with these bonds on KASE, will be opened since February 15, 2006.
Obligations of market maker of KASSb1 on the stock exchange will perform
TuranAlem Securities JSC with volume of compulsory quotations in 2,060
bonds.
Financial consultant of the issuer to introduce its bonds to organized
market was TuranAlem Securities JSC (Almaty).
