/KASE, February 14, 06/ - As it was informed before, by the decision
of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated February 10, 2006
common shares KZ1C53370017 of Sumbe JSC (Almaty) have been
included in KASE's official "B" listing category under SUMB code.
The above decision took effect since February 14, 2006, because the issuer
had paid to KASE the listing fee for these securities.
Information about opening of trades with bonds on KASE will be announced
additionally.
Financial consultant of the issuer to introduce its shares to organized
market was Sentras Securities JSC (Almaty).
