/KASE, February 2, 06/ - Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - Bank), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE a copy of the company's decision of its sole shareholder - Eurasian financial industrial company dated January 16, 2006. As per submitted document the Bank's sole shareholder took decision to approve opportunity to conclude during 2006 Eurasian bank JSC with Raiffeisen Zentral Oesterreich AG, entailing increase of the Bank's liabilities by size, which is twenty-five and more percents of equity capital of Eurasian bank JSC.
