/REUTERS, January 23, 06/ - Kazakh bank CenterCredit put initial yield
guidance on a 5-year U.S.-dollar denominated bond in the 8.125-8.375
percent area, a market source familiar with the details of the deal said on
Monday.
The deal size was expected to be between $200 million and $300 million, the
source said.
The bond offering is Regulation S with Citigroup and ING acting as join lead
and bookrunners on the deal.
The marketing roadshow, which started in Asia last week, reaches Europe
on Monday with stops in Zurich and Geneva followed by Vienna and
Frankfurt on Jan. 24 and finishing up in London on Jan. 25.
CenterCredit is rated 'BB-' by Fitch Ratings.
