Vneshekonombank (Russia) and Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC signed an agreement about cooperation

/KASE, January 12, 06/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) and Vneshekonombank (Moscow) today spread the joint press-release saying: Quotation start Today, on January 12, in Astana in presence of Nursultan Nazarbayev and Vladimir Putin Vneshekonombankом and Development Bank of Kazakhstan signed an Agreement about cooperation. Vladimir Dmitriyev Vneshekonombank's Chairman signed the agreement on behalf of the Russian side, on behalf of Kazakhstan - Kambar Shalgimbayev President of Development Bank of Kazakhstan. Within the Agreement's frameworks it's planned to make financing and banking service of investment projects, realized, including, in the sphere of infrastructure building, various branches of industry, including export- oriented sectors of economy. The document also provides financial provision of the projects in compliance with the Agreement about interbank cooperation within Shanghai organization of cooperation (SOC) - organization of syndicated loans, joint financing of investment projects and export operations. Multilateral Agreement about interbank cooperation between authorized banks of the states - members of SOC, which also comprises Russia and Kazakhstan, was signed on October 26 of 2005. Signing of the Agreement between Vneshekonombank and Development Bank of Kazakhstan opens big perspectives for effective economic cooperation between companies of Russia and Kazakhstan within joint projects.
