/IRBIS, Ranida Gabdeyeva, January 4, 06/ - In 2005 volume of repo transactions made on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) reached KZT8,090.3 bn. ($60,848.2 m.) and compared to similar period of last year increased 1.42 times (1.45 times in dollar terms).

In 2004 volume of corresponding transactions on KASE has not exceeded KZT5,683.5 bn. ($42,012.0 m.).
