/KASE, December 30, 05/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, by the official letter informed KASE that the bank was given permission for creation of subsidiary organization CenterCredit International B.V. Corresponding permission, copy of which is presented to KASE, was issued by Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations on December 29, 2005 under 53 number.
