NAC Kazatomprom JSC (Kazakhstan) about its only shareholder's decision

/KASE, December 28, 05/ - National atomic company Kazatomprom JSC (NAC Kazatomprom JSC, Almaty), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE by the official letter that in accordance with the order of the Ministry of energy and mineral resources of Kazakhstan "About approval of results of financial and economic activity of NAC Kazatomprom JSC in year 2004" dated December 12 of 2005 #323, which is the decision of the only shareholder of NAC Kazatomprom JSC, following has been approved (quotation from the letter is given below): - "Company's annual financial statement for year 2004; - leave Company's net income according to results of year 2004 in the amount of KZT3,129,640 th. in Company's possession; - not to charge dividends for year 2004 on state block of Company's shares; - not to charge interest to members of Company's Board of directors".
