Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan) informed about redemption of its KZ75KARGCA53 (CCBNb1) issue bonds and payment of 10th coupon on them

/KASE, December 20, 05/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) officially informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) that on December 20, 2005 the bank paid main debt and the tenth coupon to holders of its KZ75KARGCA53 issue subordinate bonds (KASE's official "A" listing category, CCBNb1; $100, $4.5 m; December 16, 00 - December 16, 05, semiannual coupon 12.00% APR). According to the issuer redemption of bonds was made for the amount KZT601,470,000.00, amount of coupon equaled to KZT36,088,200.00. Judging from the above amount of coupon payment, the whole volume of registered bonds was in circulation by the date of register fixation (November 16, 05). [2005-12-20]
