Eurasian Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) informed about the 4th coupon payment on its KZ2CKY05A911 issue bonds

/KASE, November 25, 05/ - Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter that on November 25, 2005 the bank paid the fourth coupon to holders of its KZ2CKY05A911 issue bonds (KASE's official "А" listing category; EUBNb1; KZT1, KZT1.5 bn.; November 25, 03 - November 25, 08, floating semiannual coupon, 6.50% APR for the reporting period). According to the issuer's information total amount of the payment equaled to KZT24,430,250.00, including income tax, deducted at the source of payment - KZT8,287.50. Judging from the above amount of coupon payment, 50.11% of registered bonds were in circulation by the date of register fixation (November 24, 05). Eurasian Bank JSC also informed that owners of 99.77% from total number of floated bonds were accumulative pension funds and 0.23% - brokerage- dealing company. [2005-11-25]
