Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC informed about redemption of its KZ2CKY03A676 issue mortgage bonds and 6th coupon payment on them

/KASE, November 10, 05/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty) officially informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) that on November 10, 05 the company paid main debt and the sixth coupon to holders of its KZ2CKY03A676 issue mortgage bonds (KASE's official "A" listing category, KZIKb1, KZT10,000, KZT1,500.0 m; November 10, 02 - November 10, 05, semiannual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 12.05% APR for the reporting period). According to the issuer bonds redemption and accrual of coupon was made according to issue prospect for the total amount KZT1,590,213,228.75, including: amount of accrued coupon equaled to KZT90,375,000.00, taking into account deducted income tax actually KZT90,213,228.75 was paid, tax amount at the source of payment - KZT161,771.25, amount of nominal value payment equaled to KZT1,500,000,000.00. Judging from the above amount coupon at the moment of register fixation (October 10, 05) the whole volume of registered bonds was in circulation. [2005-11-10]
