Changes in Executive committee of Eurasian bank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, November 8, 05/ - Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty, the bank), whose bonds are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE the extract from the minutes of conference of its Board of directors dated October 31 of 2005. According to the document the bank's Board of directors resolved (quotation from the minutes is given below): - "elect Marat Kenzhekhanov a member of Executive committee of Eurasian bank JSC and appoint for the post of acting deputy Chairman of the Executive committee since November 1 of 2005" - "Determine terms of labor remuneration and premium payment in accordance with the made contract." - "Coordinate Kenzhekhanov's candidature in Kazakhstan Agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision. Since the moment of coordination Mr. Kenzhekhanov is appointed for the post of deputy Chairman of the Executive committee of Eurasian bank JSC." [2005-11-08]
