ATFBank JSC (Kazakhstan) informed about acquiring of 100% shares of OCB Sibir (Russia)

/ATFBank JSC, November 3, 05/ - According to issued Permission of Central bank of Russian Federation and Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations ATFBank JSC (Republic of Kazakhstan) and shareholders of OCB Sibir CJSC (Russian Federation) signed Agreement about acquiring of 100% shares of Bank Sibir by ATFBank. On November 2, 2005 meeting of managers of ATFBank and bank Sibir with Governor of Omsk oblast Polezhayev L.K. was held. ATFBank JSC, within approved strategic plan, intends actively work in Russian financial market. At present time serious prospects for mutually beneficial collaboration of two banks on different directions of banking business are outlined. Development of joint projects is planned, including opening of financing lines of small and medium business subjects, retail crediting for purchase of houses and cars, project financing, granting of credits for acquiring equipment and a number of others.
