FSA approved report about results of floatation of KZPС2Y10B657 (CCBNb9) issue bonds of Bank CenterCredit JSC

/KASE, October 28, 05/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has provided KASE with a copy of notification of Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) dated October 20 of 2005. According to the document, FSA approved the report about results of offering of KZPС2Y10B657 issue mortgage bonds of Bank CenterCredit JSC (KASE's official "A" listing category, CCBNb9; KZT1,000, KZT4.5 bn.; August 16, 05 - August 16, 15, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 7.5% APR for the first circulation year, 30/360). This is the second issue made within the first bond program of Bank CenterCredit JSC, which was registered by FSA on July 6 of 2005 for a total of KZT50.0 bn. under B65 number, and the bank's ninth bond issue, which has passed listing procedure on KASE.
