Enterprises-founders of EIA summarized results of production activity in 9 months of 2005

/EIA, October 28, 05, headline KASE/ - Enterprises-founders of Eurasian industrial Association (EIA) have summarized results of production activity within 9 months of this year. TNC Kazchrome JSC produced 990.5 metric th. tons of ferroalloys that was 107.9% to the volume of similar period of 2004. Chrome ore - 2,759.243 th. metric tons (correspondingly 111.7%). TNC Kazchrome JSC comprise Aktyubinsk and Aksu ferroalloys plants, Donskoy ore mining and processing enterprise and Kazmarganets, which produced 246,771 tons of manganese concentrate. Aluminium of Kazakhstan JSC within 9 months of 2005 produced 1,122,037 tons of alumina having exceeded last year's indicator by 31 th. tons (102.8%). Sokolovsko-Sarbayskoye production unit (SSPU JSC) outputted 22,151 th. tons of iron ore raw stuff (84.5% relative to similar period of 2004), outputted 3,458 th. tons of concentrate (91.2%), pellet - 5,452 th. tons (77.8%) and dolomite - 302 th. tons (89.4%). The situation is positive here: shipment to Magnitoroskiy OMPE increases (in September 200 th. tons of raw stuff ere loaded, and in October - 500 th.), as well as to other consumers. Since the new year supply to Chinese consumers will grow. One more founder of EIA - Eurasian energy corporation JSC - produced 7,318 m. kWt.h of electrical power (95%) and extracted 11,547 th. tons of coal (94%) that resulted in falling of volumes purchased by consumers). Shubarkol Komir JSC extracted 3,175 th. tons of coal (122,1%). The new coal extracting member of EIA, Mugotex JSC reached the level of 584 th. tons. Zhayremskiy OMPE outputted 326,159 and 275,975 basic tons of manganese and iron concentrates correspondingly. [2005-10-28]
