Ornek XXI JSC (Kazakhstan) concluded contract for the entrails usage right

/KASE, October 5, 05/ - Ornek XXI JSC (Almaty), whose common shares are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, notified KASE that on September 21, 2005 Department of business undertakings and industry of Almaty oblast and Ornek XXI JSC concluded Contract "to carry out exploration with further extraction of loam-plasticizer on the region Kaskuduk of North-Eastern, situated on lands of administrative-territorial subordination of Kapshagay Almaty oblast". The Contract is concluded for 25 years. Also on September 21, 2005 act of state registration of the Contract for entrails usage right of series DDP #03-09-05 was obtained. [2005-10-05]
