NAC KAZATOMPROM JSC informed about the 7th coupon payment on its KZ2CKY05A523 issue bonds

/KASE, October 3, 05/ - NAC Kazatomprom JSC (Almaty) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter that on October 3, 2005 the company paid the seventh coupon to holders of its KZ2CKY05A523 issue bonds (KASE's official "А" listing category; KZAPb1; KZT100, KZT2,300.0 m.; April 1, 02 - April 1, 07, semiannual coupon indexed on tenge devaluation 8.50% APR). According to the issuer KZT63,007,693.06 were accrued. Amount of deductible income tax at the source of payment equaled to KZT1,780,060.54. Actually after deduction of income tax KZT61,227,632.53 was paid to bond holders. Based on the above accrued amount, 73.4% of registered bonds were in circulation by the date of register fixation (September 1, 05). [2005-10-03]
