Kazmunaigas (Kazakhstan) in January-July 2005 increased oil output to 5.4 m. tons

/REUTERS, Almaty, August 17, 05/ - Kazakhstan oil and gas state company Kazmunaigas in January-July 2005 increased oil output to 5.385 m. tons in comparison with 5.0 m. tons a year before, the company informed on Wednesday. In 2005 Kazmunaigas plans to produce 9.323 m. tons in comparison with 8.918 m. in 2004. Kazmunaigas's subsidiary company Kaztransoil, which is controlling Kazakhstan's oil pipelines, in January-July executed oil pumping in the volume 21.4 m. tons and expects in 2005 volume of transportation will be 36.6 m. tons in comparison with 38.4 m. a year before. The company did not give comparative data on oil pumping. Volume of gas transportation through Kazmunaigas's another "daughter" - Intergas Central Asia - grew by 2.6% in comparison with similar period of last year to 74.4 bn. cubic meters. Volume of oil refining at Atyrau PR grew in January-July by 37.8% to 2.2 m. tons. Company's revenues grew within the same period by 22.1% to KZT316.0 bn., during the whole year Kazmunaigas plans to get KZT525.0 bn. Earlier the company informed, that during a year intends to get revenues in the amount KZT581.0 bn. (nearly $4.3 bn.) in comparison with 501.5 bn. in 2004.
