AFS changed NIN of Aktobemunai - finance JSC shares

/KASE, August 16, 05/ - Aktobemunai-finance OJSC (Aktobe), whose common shares are traded in the official securities list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) under "B" category, informed KASE that on July 1, 2005 Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFS) changed certificates about state registration of the company's announced shares issue. According to new certificate about state registration, copy of which is in possession of KASE, the issue is divided in 49,983,800 common shares KZ1C02890016 (previous NIN - KZ1C028900Х7) and 16,200 privileged shares KZ1P02890112 (previous NIN - KZ1P02890311). The issue is included in state register under A0289 number. As on July 1, 2005 12,983,800 common shares and 16,200 privileged shares are floated and paid.
