/KASE, August 5, 05/ - RG Brands JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, presented KASE copy of certificate of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (AFS) about registration of issue of the bank's announced shares dated July 27, 2005. According to the certificate issue is divided in 2,000,060 common shares KZ1C46310013. The issue is included in state register under А4631 number.
