KASE determined leading operators of the exchange's GS purchase-sale sector in July and the first seven months of the current year
/IRBIS, Ranida Gabdeyeva, August 3, 05/ - Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) has composed the list of companies - leading operators of exchange's market of government securities (GS) purchase-sale in Kazakhstan in July 2005.
Companies are ranked according to the stake of deals made by them in total gross turnover of trades (total of purchased and sold bonds). Position of each participant is expressed in the currency of payments - tenge.
A total of 28 companies participated in making GS purchase-sale deals on KASE in July, excluding the National Bank. Below is the list of ten most active operators given in descending order of their stakes in total deals volume (companies' headquarters are in Almaty) and also their positions in June 2005. The stake of these operators in July was 87.2% of the exchange's GS sector turnover.
