/REUTERS, London, August 1, 05/ - International rating agency Fitch Ratings affirmed on Monday ratings of state Development Bank of Kazakhstan on the following levels:

• "ВВВ-" long-term on liabilities in foreign currency;
• "F3" short-term;
• "2" support.
