FSA approved report about results of floatation of KZ2CKY05B448 (KKAGb1) issue bonds of Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC

/KASE, July 12, 05/ - Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC (Almaty oblast, Abay set-t), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has provided KASE with a copy of notification of Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) dated June 24 of 2005. According to the notification, FSA has approved the report about results of floatation of KZ2CKY05B448 issue bonds of Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC (KASE's official "A" listing category, KKAGb1; KZT1, KZT4.0 bn.; February 18, 05 - February 18, 10, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 9.20% APR for the current period, 30/360). As of April 14 of 2005 bonds of this issue had been entirely floated and paid. [2005-07-12]
