According to the documents the bank's Board of directors and its only shareholder have taken following decisions: - stop authorities of Yevgeniy Dominov the acting Chairman of Executive committee and member of the Board of directors ahead of time - elect Alexandr Konopasevich for the post of the acting Chairman of the bank's Executive committee since July 4 of 2005 for 5-year authorities term - elect the acting Chairman of Executive committee - A.
