/KASE, June 7, 05/ - Rakhat OJSC (Almaty), whose common shares are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, has informed KASE that on July 28 of 2005 at 16:00 it will hold the annual general shareholders meeting by the following agenda:

• about approval of the report of company's Executive committee for year 2004;
• approval of the returning board's conclusion;
• about approval of company's consolidated financial statement for year 2004;
• about distribution of the net income for year 2004;
• about confirmation of the constitution about board of directors of Rakhat OJSC;
• about setting Board of directors authorities term;
• about approval of the methods for determination of shares cost while their redemption by the company;
• about approval of the Constitution about general shareholders meeting holding.
