KASE determined leading operators of the exchange's GS purchase- sale sector in May and the first 5 months of 2005

/IRBIS, Ranida Gabdeyeva, June 3, 05/ - Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) has composed the list of companies - leading operators of exchange's market of government securities (GS) purchase-sale in Kazakhstan in May of 2005. Companies are ranked according to the stake of deals made by them in total gross turnover of trades (total of purchased and sold bonds). Position of each participant is expressed in the currency of payments - tenge. A total of 27 companies participated in making GS purchase-sale deals on KASE in May, excluding the National Bank. Below is the list of 10 most active operators given in descending order of their stakes in total deals volume (companies' headquarters are in Almaty) and their positions in April of 2005.
