/IRBIS, Ranida Gabdeyeva, June 3, 05/ - Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) has composed the list of companies - leading operators of exchange's market of government securities (GS) purchase-sale in Kazakhstan in May of 2005.

Companies are ranked according to the stake of deals made by them in total gross turnover of trades (total of purchased and sold bonds). Position of each participant is expressed in the currency of payments - tenge.

A total of 27 companies participated in making GS purchase-sale deals on KASE in May, excluding the National Bank. Below is the list of 10 most active operators given in descending order of their stakes in total deals volume (companies' headquarters are in Almaty) and their positions in April of 2005. The stake of these operators in May was 89.9% of the exchange's GS sector turnover.

Newcomers of the top ten in comparison with April of 2005 are: Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC, Kazkommerts Invest JSC, Eurasian bank JSC and APF SAPF JSC, they have replaced Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty, the 4th position in April), PAIMO Bailyk Asset Management JSC (Almaty, the 8th position in April), KIB ASSET MANAGEMENT JSC (Almaty, the 9th position in April) and RG Securities JSC (Almaty, the 10th position in April).
