FSA registered issue of announced shares of Tsesnabank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, May 19, 05/ - Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE a copy of certificate about the state registration of bank's announced shares issue. The issue was registered by Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) on October 14 of 2004. The issue has been divided into 750,000 common shares KZ1C33820016 and 250,000 preferred shares KZ1P33820914. The issue has been included in the state securities register under the number А3382. As of October 14 of 2004 a total of 605,000 common shares and 250,000 preferred shares had been floated and paid, and authorized capital was equal to KZT777,894,000. [2005-05-19]
