/KASE, May 6, 05/ - Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty, the Bank) with bonds traded in official securities list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) under "A" category, presented KASE a copy of the excerpt from minutes of Board of Directors' meeting which took place on May 3, 2005. According to the information provided, the Board of directors of the Bank approved a decision to terminate powers of Managing board members from May 4, 2005. New Managing board was composed with following 7 members: - Dominov E.E. - Chairman of the Managing Board; - Berlizev V.N. - first deputy Chairman of the Board; - Atarbayev G.R. - deputy Chairman of the Board; - Medvedeva T.L. - deputy Chairman of the Board; - Akpeisova R.Z. - deputy Chairman of the Board; - Kostyan A.V.; - Shunayeva S.A.
